Foxridge Homes is a large Surrey home builder with a tradition for excellence. They are a part of the Qualico Group, a fully integrated real estate development company with operations in Calgary, Edmonton and Vancouver as well as Winnipeg. It is one of the largest real estate development operations in Western Canada.

"We've just started using them and they're excellent," said Chad Rose (April 23, 2004). "They give a nice finish and they're easy to set up. When we first saw it, we were skeptical. But it creates a perfect tube every time and there's no waste, which is one of the big factors. It's ingenious. [Cardboard] tubes are going to be like the eight-track. This is one of those things that are going to make life easier. It's going to fly."
