ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS |
|
Step 1 - Face
the Melamine® base so the holes are located to the right rear of the
display. Attach the predrilled ends of the 2x4s to the Melamine®
base to using four #8 x 3” flat head screws (packaged inside
the brochure holder). |
 |
|
Step 2 - Line the vertical
edge of the
Coroplast® panel between the two 2x4s at the back of the display,
and attach using #6 x 1”
round head screws at about 8” on center to the right hand 2x4. Tighten the screws through
the first skin of the Coroplast® until reaching the second. |
 |
|
Step 3 - Predrill through
the Coroplast and edge of Melamine® using a 7/64” drill to prevent the
edge grain from splitting. Tighten the #6 x 1" screws through the first skin
of the Coroplast® until reaching the second. |
 |
|
Step 4 - Mount
the acrylic brochure holder to the backside of the Coroplast® panel using the
two supplied 8-32 x 3/4" machine screws, washers and nuts,
using the pre-drilled holes. |
 |
|
Step 5 - Cut the
8" diameter (undersize) cardboard tube 28" long. Slide the cardboard
tube inside the Fast-Tube™ to hold the fabric in a round position. |
 |
|
Step 6 -
Place the 'concrete' foam plug inside the Fast-Tube
and push down to rest snugly against the top of the
cardboard tube.
